A Cure for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

I've been hearing a lot on the grapevine about how people have been beating their chronic fatigue by moving over to a cave-man diet, also know as the Paleo diet.

From what I understand this isn't one of those fad diet that you see floating around but it is based on the food that the cave man would of eaten during his life-time. So this basically means eating natural food; preferably raw fruit and vegetables, lean meats including fish, and natural fats found in food like avocados. The hunter gather diet does not allow anything that has been processed by humans.

Here's a list of the foods that are generally frowned upon by the Paleo community:
  • Grains
  • Potatoes
  • Lentils
  • Dairy
  • Processed sugar
  • Preservatives
I can see why eating a clean healthy diet can help you to feel better, it keeps your blood sugar steady so you avoid sugar crashes and gives you the vital vitamins and minerals that your body needs to heal itself. I'll be doing some more research on the benefits of the Paleo diet so stay tuned for some more info.
